Many of us complain of vision problems due to long working hours before the computer. Some youngsters also have the same problem due to too much physical stress. Poor nutrition can also affect our eyesight. Here are a few things which you can do to improve your eyesight. When you have been doing the same work for a long time like during or working on the computer or reading or even knitting and watching TV, take a break and try some simple eye relaxing exercises to de-stress your eyes.
Look at something green and take a walk to stretch your legs. Splash some water in your eyes to freshen them up. Blink when your eyes feel stressed. It’s important to not let eyes dry as that cause stress and irritation. Lowering the brightness level on your computer screen can also work. Get at least 8 hours of sleep daily. Finally, watch what you eat and get glasses if you have vision problems.
